Michel leads the litigation and dispute resolution department in the firm. He has been in practice for  more than  14 years and is actively involved in complex corporate and commercial disputes and arbitration. He has conducted litigation and arbitration matters at all level of the Courts in Indonesia. Michel’s core practice areas are tort, employment, intellectual property rights, shareholders dispute, civil and criminal litigation. His clients comprise of private and public listed multinational companies.

Michel is the Vice Chairman of the Indonesian - French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI), Vice-Secretary General of the Indonesian Academy of Independent Mediators and Arbitrators (MedArbid) and a member of the Swiss - Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (SwissCham). Besides, he is a listed lawyer at the United States of America and French Embassies in Jakarta.
