Marini is a qualified lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience. Throughout her career, she has developed her skills in various legal services including general corporate, merger & acquisition, compliance, commercial litigation, and industrial relation. She too has expanded her field in fintech.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Catholic University of Atma Jaya and a Master of Laws from University of Indonesia and Boston University School of Law. In addition to her formal education, she has also received training in FinTech Law & Policy from Duke University.
Prior to joining Armila & Rako, Marini had started her career from a prominent law firm in Jakarta before co-founded a law practice and appointed as the Managing Partner at such firm.
