Raoul is a result-driven and versatile lawyer with an extensive experience both in litigation and non-litigation area. In litigation he had handled complex and various commercial disputes both in courts and outside the court through ADR.

Raoul's practice areas mainly in broad range of general corporate transaction such as merger and acquisition, investment, debt restructuring, contractual commercial deals, property or landed assets and due diligence in various industry sectors particularly in banking and finance, renewable energy and financial technology. In property and  real estate sector he has managed securing land title for residency, industrial estate, offices, hotels, resort areas and other purpose.

Raoul holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia.
